| 2. What kind of acceptor does the Hot Nut Machine have? Our Multiple Coin Validator is programmable for over 50 countries.

| 3. Who looks after freight? Machine prices are ex-works (FOB Concord), Ontario, Canada.
They can be sent either by air or ocean. We make the arrangements, the customer
wires us the money. If you wish, you can make arrangements from your end. We
offer this service because it is often more convenient for our customers that we
coordinate shipments from our end.

| 4. Will the Hot Nut Machine operate at 220 volts? The Hot Nut Machine operates at 110 volts and 220 - 240 volts.
We are very familiar with international requirements. Our machines are CSA, UL
& CE approved.

| 5. How are the nut products heated? Underneath the food grade stainless trays are the heaters. As
the nuts drop they are gradually heated. Approx. 15 - 20 servings are heated
ready to serve at any give time.

| 6. How long does the product stay fresh in the machine? The nuts stay fresh in the machine for about 10 - 14 days
depending on the nuts.

| 7. How much power does the machine draw? The machine draws the same power as a 60 watt bulb. In Canada,
if it were to be left on for twenty four hours, neither the nuts nor the machine
would be harmed and it would draw about $0.09 of power.

| 8. Can the Hot Nut Machine serve different amount or is the
size of the serving preset at the factory? While dispensing amounts are preset at the factory according
of the wishes of the Master Distributor, interchangeable serving spindles are
available to dispense whatever quantities you prefer.
